A rower, home gym, and understated design masterpiece. The R30 features Tunturis famous clean-lined style, silent high-end magnetic resistance that adjusts with the turn of a knob, and fuss-free features like hand-grip pulse measurement. It also doubles as a home gym; using the handle and your desired resistance settings, you can isolate chest, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. One of its best attributes is its dual-rail seat track, which provides utterly flawless ergonomic gliding with more stability than youd get from single-rail models.

The R30s monitor includes all the basic readouts and a bunch of elite additions: heart rate profile, room temperature, and humidity.

Seat - Tunturi's famous design standards have produced a soft, comfortable seat that moves smoothly and quietly along an ergonomically designed double rail. The rails provide more stability than single-rail designs, and they're long enough to provide a full stroke for taller users.
Strength Training - You can use the R30's handle to isolate your chest, shoulders, triceps, and biceps at your desired resistance.
Footrest - The R30's wide, swiveling, easy-fitting footrests are integrated into the rower's front frame.
Resistance Adjustment - The R30 features a manual resistance-adjustment knob situated conveniently below the performance monitor. The manually controlled magnetic brake provides a range of resistance to train users of every level.
Resistance Type - The R30 boasts super-smooth, silent magnetic rowing thanks to a manually controlled permanent magnetic brake. In the permanent magnet system, there is a magnet caliper or fork, a moving element to which pieces of magnet are attached. The resistance is generated by adjusting the distance of the magnets to the flywheel; the closer to the flywheel the magnets are, the greater the resistance to the flywheel and cranks. The system is smooth, silent, wear-proof, and maintenance-free.
